1. Reservations & Booking

All reservations must be confirmed in advance via phone, email, or our booking system.

A deposit or reservation fee may be required to secure the booking.

The company reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment information is invalid or incomplete.
2. Pricing & Payments

Rates include a base reservation fee of $30 plus mileage or hourly charges.

Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, parking fees, cleaning, or special requests.

Full payment is due at the completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 2 hours or more before pickup time will receive a full refund (if a deposit was paid).

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows at the pickup location will be charged the full fare.
4. Conduct & Safety

Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.

Smoking, use of illegal substances, or unruly behavior is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

The driver reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who poses a safety risk.
5. Company Responsibilities
-
All vehicles are properly insured, licensed, and maintained for safety.

Drivers are trained professionals who are required to comply with traffic laws at all times.

The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Lost & Found

The company is not responsible for items left in vehicles.
-
Any found items will be stored for 30 days and may be returned upon request.
7. Privacy

Customer information (names, phone numbers, addresses, payment details) is used only for booking and billing purposes.
-
Information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
